2026 Paradigm Academy

We are excited to announce the launch of the inaugural Paradigm Academy, a special initiative tailored for junior security consultants. This event will be held from Friday, September 11th to Sunday, September 13th at our BA Headquarters in Atlanta, GA, right before the GSX conference.
The Paradigm Academy is designed to bridge the knowledge gap between junior and senior consultants by providing 46 participants with essential skills in designing fundamental video, access, and communication systems. Throughout this 2½-day program, attendees will receive comprehensive training, accommodations, and meals at no cost. Please note that all transportation expenses will be covered by your consulting firm.
We kindly request your support in encouraging junior security consultants within your organization to apply for this unique opportunity. Applications will be accepted until June 30th, and selected candidates will be notified by July 15th. To maintain an effective learning environment, we will limit attendance to one consultant per location and two consultants per consulting firm.
